Aqua fit classes provide a low impact challenging cardio workout. We perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, balance, core strength and toning exercises. No swimming skills needed. Fun with motivating music and easy to follow.

This is a low impact warm water class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, core strength, balance, range of motion, muscle tone and cardio endurance, while using the resistance of water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Fun and easy to follow.

Give your body a great workout in this low impact aqua environment class. Light to medium stretching and strengthening for core , arms, legs and abs. Class is held in the lap pool.

This class is aimed at those new to strength training. Strength or resistance training helps to develop better body mechanics, protects bone and muscle mass, helps with chronic disease management, helps maintain a healthy weight by increasing your metabolism. Learning proper form and technique will keep you injury free and allow you to see the results faster.

This class blends low impact cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the legs, hips, glutes, abs, back and arms. This fun, varied and fast- paced workout will incorporate bands, fitness balls, steps, weights and the barre.
M/TH 8:00 -9:00 AM
A healthy combination of strength and cardio training will allow your body to perform at its best, letting the two systems complement each other rather than compete.

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that is based on a series of slow, fluid movements accompanied by rhythmic breathing patterns. Because of the type of movement and breathing techniques, it is a healthy way to reduce stress while strengthening muscles, improving balance and coordination while giving one a sense of well-being. Great for all fitness levels.

Join us for an hour of yoga basics. The gentle yoga class is open to all levels of experience and will leave you feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.

Lunch time workout designed for those just beginning to get fit, or those who may be starting back up after time off. Workouts will include weight training and core strengthening. Emphasis is on technique and proper form.

A fun filled hour in the warm pool for parent and child (preschool age). Games, songs, and activities provide a great introduction to water and swimming for children.
Wed 1:30-2:30 pm
A swim group for adults. The swims are organized and led by volunteers. There are no RSVP, you can just show up and swim. There is a $5 drop in fee for non pool members.

This preschool/beginner class, ages 3-8, is a fun filled organized class for children consisting of creative movement, ballet, rhythm, rhyme, and voice. Students will also be introduced to the basics of ballet, jazz and contemporary movement.
Monday 3:30-4:30 pm
A program for students in the Polson School District. Dates and times follow the school calendar. There is structured swimming as well as free time and snacks provided. The #5 bus runs from the schools to the pool to bring the kids to the program.
A competitive swim team with a place for everyone. The team competes in swim meets across the state. US Swimming affiliation. Questions - please call and visit with our swim team coach.
Needing a little help on a stroke? or maybe its your first time in the pool? Private swim lessons are for you. We will match you up to an instructor that meets your needs. We have instructors for everything from beginner to competitive. Adult or child. Please call to schedule a time. Lessons are 45 minutes long.
We offer group youth swim lessons. We have all levels from age 3+ beginning to swim to Sharks (highest level). Lessons are monthly. 8 lessons in a session.
