Youth Triathlon Swimming Camp

July 8-12 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Ages 8-14, Participants should be able to swim at least 25 yards. Skill taught by 2011 Team USA Olympic Distance Swimmer. Please call to reserve your spot 883-4567

Aqua Fit

Aqua fit classes provide a low impact challenging cardio workout. We perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, balance, core strength and toning exercises. No swimming skills needed. Fun with motivating music and easy to follow.

Mon/Wed 5:30- 6:00 PM

Aqua Therapy

This is a low impact warm water class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, core strength, balance, range of motion, muscle tone and cardio endurance, while using the resistance of water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Fun and easy to follow.

Water Aerobics

Give your body a great workout in this low impact aqua environment class. Light to medium stretching and strengthening for core , arms, legs and abs. Class is held in the lap pool.

Basic Strength Training

This class is aimed at those new to strength training. Strength or resistance training helps to develop better body mechanics, protects bone and muscle mass, helps with chronic disease management, and helps maintain a healthy weight by increasing your metabolism. Learning proper form and technique will keep you injury free and allow you to see the results faster.

Functional Fitness

This class blends low impact cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the legs, hips, glutes, abs, back and arms. This fun, varied and fast- paced workout will incorporate bands, fitness balls, steps, weights and the barre.

Strength/Cardio Training

A healthy combination of strength and cardio training will allow your body to perform at its best, letting the two systems complement each other rather than compete.

Tai Chi


Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that is based on a series of slow, fluid movements accompanied by rhythmic breathing patterns. Because of the type of movement and breathing techniques, it is a healthy way to reduce stress while strengthening muscles, improving balance and coordination while giving one a sense of well-being. Great for all fitness levels.

Join us for an hour of yoga basics. The gentle yoga class is open to all levels of experience and will leave you feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.

Adult Group Fitness Swim

 A swim group for adults. The swims are organized and led by volunteers. There is no RSVP needed, you can just show up and swim. There is a $5 drop in fee for non pool  members.

T/TH 6:00 - 7:30 AM

Sunday: 4:00 - 5:30 PM


After School Program

 A program for ALL students in the Mission Valley. Dates and times will follow the Polson school district calendar. There is structured swimming as well as free time and snacks provided. Participants may ride the #5 Polson school bus to the pool. Applications for the 2019-2020 school year are available at the pool or will be available at Cherry Valley, Linderman, and Polson Middle School open houses August 27th. 

Youth Swim Team

A competitive swim team with a place for everyone. The team competes in swim meets across the state. US Swimming affiliation. Questions - please call and visit with our swim team coach.


Private Swim Lessons

 Needing a little help on a stroke? or maybe it's your first time in the pool? Private swim lessons are for you. We will match you up to an instructor that meets your needs. We have instructors for everyone from beginner to competitive, adult or child. Please call to schedule a time.   

Youth Swim Lessons

Group Private Lessons

 Have a group of people who would enjoy taking lessons together?  We can accommodate a private group lesson. Please call for rates and times. 

Swim Lessons Levels



Emphasis on water comfort and basic safety. Activities include putting their head under water, blowing bubbles, kicking, paddling, and jumping into the pool. Ages 3-5


Improving comfort in the water. Activities include pushing off of the wall and jumping into the shallow end of the lap pool. Introduction to independent swimming. Kids will also learn to swim without a flotation device.

Sea Lions

Emphasis on body position and deep end comfort including treading water. Children will be introduced to swimming underwater, as well as freestyle and backstroke. 


Emphasis will be placed on new strokes and endurance. Introduction to both surface and deep water diving.


For up and coming swim team kids. Emphasis is on improving all strokes and working on flip turns, circle swimming, and diving off of the starting blocks.
