Aqua fit classes provide a low impact challenging cardio workout. We perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, balance, core strength and toning exercises. No swimming skills needed. Fun with motivating music and easy to follow.
This is a low impact warm water class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, core strength, balance, range of motion, muscle tone and cardio endurance, while using the resistance of water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Fun and easy to follow.
Give your body a great workout in this low impact aqua environment class. Light to medium stretching and strengthening for core , arms, legs and abs. Class is held in the lap pool.
This class is aimed at those new to strength training. Strength or resistance training helps to develop better body mechanics, protects bone and muscle mass, helps with chronic disease management, and helps maintain a healthy weight by increasing your metabolism. Learning proper form and technique will keep you injury free and allow you to see the results faster.
This class blends low impact cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the legs, hips, glutes, abs, back and arms. This fun, varied and fast- paced workout will incorporate bands, fitness balls, steps, weights and the barre. This class is based on your ability and can be easily modified to meet your needs.
A healthy combination of strength and cardio training will allow your body to perform at its best, letting the two systems complement each other rather than compete. A variety of equipment and formats will be used in order to keep the class different every week.
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that is based on a series of slow, fluid movements accompanied by rhythmic breathing patterns. Because of the type of movement and breathing techniques, it is a healthy way to reduce stress while strengthening muscles, improving balance and coordination while giving one a sense of well-being. Great for all fitness levels.
Join us for an hour of Yoga Basics. The gentle yoga class is open to all levels of experience and will leave you feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.
A swim group for adults. The swims are organized and led by volunteers. There is no RSVP needed, you can just show up and swim. There is a $5 drop in fee for non pool members.
This class combines music, dancing, and water aerobics for a fun, therapeutic, and invigorating workout in the main pool. Improve strength, balance, and fitness while exercising to the Charleston, Twist, or Latin music. The natural resistance of the water means every step is more challenging which helps to strengthen and tone your muscles.
This informal playgroup is a great way for parents to introduce their pre-school age children to swimming and being comfortable in the water while meeting other parents. The groups meets in the warm pool and parents have access to the available water toys. No sign up required, drop in only $5.00 per time.

This is a high intensity interval training workout, alternating strength with high impact cardio, keeping the heart rate up. This class works on increasing strength and muscle as well as endurance and cardiac capacity. It is not recommended for beginners, but will offer a challenge to individuals that have been exercising regularly.
Expert instructors on the first Sunday of every month to learn the proper mechanics of different swim strokes.
A program for ALL students in the Mission Valley. Dates and times will follow the Polson school district calendar. There is structured swimming as well as free time and snacks provided. Participants may ride the #5 Polson school bus to the pool. Applications for the 2019-2020 school year are available at the pool.

Needing a little help on a stroke? or maybe it's your first time in the pool? Private swim lessons are for you. We will match you up to an instructor that meets your needs. We have instructors for everyone from beginner to competitive, adult or child. Please call to schedule a time.

1:00 PM - 1:40 PM: Sea Lions Overflow and Dolphins/Sharks Overflow (as needed)
