Needing a little help on a stroke? Or maybe it's your first time in the pool? Private swim lessons are for you. We will match you up to an instructor that meets your needs. We have instructors for everyone from beginner to competitive, adult or child. Please call to schedule a time.
Please check with front desk for current group swim lesson offerings. There are 8-10 kids in a session with 2-4 instructors. There are 8 lessons in a session. Ages are 4 and up.
Have a group of people who would enjoy taking lessons together? We can accommodate a private group lesson. Please call for rates and times.
Parent and Tot lessons are guided lessons for kids age 0-4 and their parents. Instructors will help young kids get comfortable in the water, go over safety and teach the basics of swimming.
Aqua classes include:
Aqua Fit- Low impact cardio workout
Aqua Aerobics- Core, stretching and light cardio water workout
Aqua Therapy- Low impact water resistance based warm water workout
Aqua Stretch- Focuses on getting a good stretch that will help with mobility and balance
Group Fitness classes include:
Power Pump- A medium intensity class that works on cardio and muscular strength thru a variety of exercises
W.I.T. (Whatever IT Takes) - Low impact, fun and varied workout that targets the whole body
Stretch Flex and Balance- This class focuses on low impact stretching and strengthening
Yoga- Gentle yoga classes focused on relaxation and stretch
Pilates- Low impact workout the promotes core strength and stability
Intro to Strength Training-
Learn how to strength train safely and effectively. This class is catered to those that have never strength trained before or want to ease gently into strength training. Modifications are offered and you are encouraged to workout at a pace that is right for you. Core training, body weight and light dumbbells/bands are used to increase strength without overdoing it. The goal is to build strength training into your workout routine in a fun, enjoyable and safe way.
