Women's Aqua Threapy

Men's Aqua Therapy

Low Impact, warm water class! No swimming skills needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, core strength, balance, range of motion, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance by using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees, and back. Fun and easy to follow!

 Ran by Lorie and Sharon on Monday and Wednesday from 9-10 AM

and by Ann on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:10-1PM

Adult Instructed Pool Classes

Aqua Aerobics

Give your body a great workout in this low impact environment! Light to medium stretching as well as strengthening of core, arms, and legs. 

Instructed by Lorie on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8-9 AM.

Aqua Fit

Low impact, challenging, cardiovascular workout! You perform a variety of motions including water walking/running, balance, core strength, and toning exercises. No swimming skills needed! 

with Karen on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 AM

Aqua Zumba

 Aqua Zumba is a water-based fitness program that combines elements of Latin dance, aerobics, and aqua fitness. The program is designed to help participants lose weight, tone muscles, and improve cardiovascular fitness.  Aqua Zumba class is held in the shallow end of the main pool, and the movements are choreographed to music to create an enjoyable, effective workout.

DRYLAND CLASS INFORMATION

Taiji (TaiChi)

 Taijiquan is the world’s most popular form of exercise and a distinctive martial and movement art. The 24-step Form is a short, well-balanced version of the traditional Yang Style form and is a comprehensive system of physical and mental exercises that enhances a practitioner’s ability to utilize internal energy rather than just muscular strength to invigorate the whole being.
