Aqua Zumba is a water-based fitness program that combines elements of Latin dance, aerobics, and aqua fitness. The program is designed to help participants lose weight, tone muscles, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Aqua Zumba class is held in the shallow end of the main pool, and the movements are choreographed to music to create an enjoyable, effective workout.
