Intro to Weight Lifting

Learn how to strength train safely and effectively! This class is catered to those that have never strength trained before or are looking to ease gently into strength training. 

Ran by Angela on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11 am.

Low impact workout that promotes core strength and stability. Great for those looking for a cardio-free full body workout!

Stretch, Flex, and Balance

Focus on low impact stretching and strengthening. Modifications are offered and this class is perfect for all abilities. With a different focus each day, you are sure to learn something new!

Stretch, Flex, and Balance

Flowing Vinyassa yoga! Great for all abilities and bodies. This class moves at an easy pace and always welcoming beginners.


Ran by Katie on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 

5:30-6:30 pm.

Total Body Boot Camp (TBBC)

Consists of a combination of cardio and strength training for a full body workout. All exercises are demonstrated at 3 different levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

 Starts Monday, June 5th from 9-10 am Mondays and Wednesdays.

Low Impact, warm water class! No swimming skills needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, core strength, balance, range of motion, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance by using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees, and back. Fun and easy to follow!

Adult Instructed Pool Classes

Aqua Aerobics

Give your body a great workout in this low impact environment! Light to medium stretching as well as strengthening of core, arms, and legs. 

Instructed by Lorie on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8-9 am.

Aqua Fit

Low impact, challenging, cardiovascular workout! You perform a variety of motions including water walking/running, balance, core strength, and toning exercises. No swimming skills needed! 

Instructed by Karen and Janet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 am and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 am.
